Rental Agreement 

ROYAL RIDES RENTAL AGREEMENT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the client (“Renter”) and Royal Rides, LLC (“Company”) for chauffeured transportation services. By booking and using our services, the Renter agrees to abide by the following:


1. Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • All remaining balances must be paid in full to the driver prior to the start of the reservation.

  • Same-day bookings must be paid upon receipt and are non-refundable, unless the cancellation falls under our “Not-at-Fault” exceptions (see Section 9).


2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).

  • Cancellations for events, weddings, or non-airport services are not eligible for “Not-at-Fault” refund exceptions.

  • Same-day rescheduling for personal reasons will incur a rescheduling fee.

  • Rescheduling due to airline delays or cancellations (Not-at-Fault reasons) may be accommodated without penalty.

  • If no contact is made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time or flight arrival time, the driver may cancel the trip. Wait time charges may apply.


3. Overtime, Stops, and Fees

  • Overtime begins 10 minutes after the scheduled end time and will be charged per minute based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • Additional stops are billed at $10 per stop.

  • Trips scheduled between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM will incur an After-Hours Fee of $30.

  • Bookings made within 2 hours of pickup are subject to a 20% Rush Fee.

  • A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill. This can be adjusted upon request. Additional gratuity is appreciated and optional.


4. Mileage Policy

  • Hourly reservations include 15 miles per hour booked.

  • Any mileage over this limit, or beyond the trip itinerary provided at booking, will incur an excess mileage surcharge.


5. Damage and Sanitation

  • The client is financially liable for any damage caused by themselves or their party during the rental.

  • Fees:

    • Burns to carpets/seats: $200 per incident

    • Sanitation (e.g. vomiting): $50 to $400, depending on severity

    • Missing or damaged items (e.g. chargers, remotes, snacks, drinks): replacement fee based on market value


6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Underage alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited and punishable by law. The client is responsible for any resulting fines.

  • Smoking is not permitted in most vehicles and is at the discretion of the driver.

  • It is illegal to stand through the sunroof of any vehicle.

  • The driver has full authority to terminate the ride without refund in the event of illegal activity or blatant misconduct.


7. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage

  • Vehicles may not exceed their legal seating capacity.

  • Excess luggage that cannot fit in the designated trunk or storage area may result in an Excessive Luggage Fee.

  • The Company is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items left in the vehicle.


8. Mechanical Failures and Weather Delays

  • In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, the Company will not be held liable for trip interruption, but will offer a make-up trip at a mutually agreed-upon time.

  • The Company is not liable for delays or trip cancellations caused by unsafe weather or road conditions, including but not limited to ice, accidents, or road closures.


9. Child Safety Seats

  • Child safety seats are available upon request for a fee of $25 per seat.

  • It is the legal guardian’s responsibility to ensure all passengers under age 8 or under 4’9” are in compliant child safety seats per state law.

  • Royal Rides does not assume liability for improper seat usage or installation. Clients must secure all child safety seats and ensure the child remains in the seat throughout the ride.

  • 1- SMS Consent Communication:

    The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    2- Types of SMS Communications:

    If you have consented to receive text messages from Royal Rides, you may receive messages related to the following:

    • Appointment reminders
    • Follow-up messages
    • Billing inquiries
    • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

    Example: “Hello thank you for requesting booking wth Royal Rides we would love to hear your feedback. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”

    3- Message Frequency:
    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.].

    4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

    Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

    5- Opt-In Method:

    You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Royal Rides in the following ways:

    • By submitting an online form
  • 6- Opt-Out Method:

    You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

    7- Help:

    If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at Info@royalridesrentals.com

    Additional Options:

    • If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

5. Opting Out You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the messages. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final message to confirm your request and no further messages will be sent.
